CREATE A POSSIBILITATOR TRAINING

As mentioned above, a Trainer Path Regional gets born the instant you take a stand for the Trainer Types of your Region. There is a massive want for transformation, what we need are facilitators of transformation. The facilitators are Trainers. If they use Possibility Management tools, distinctions, processes and initiations, they are Possibility Management Trainers.

There are almost no school for Trainers. There are (too) many school for Educators (my opinion).

Trainers Types have many reasons (including old decisions, vows, contracts, old thoughtware) for not becoming Trainers.
Taking a Stand for Trainer Path to exist for the Trainer Types of your region is offering a space, a path, a village when Trainer Types can come home.

Taking a Stand is necessary and not sufficient. Your next step is to Take A Stand for the Stand that you Take of Creating the Trainer Path in your Region. This is a shift of Identity from serving your own gameworld to serve the gameworld of the Trainer Path and the gameworlds of every Trainer Types that will enter the Trainer Path. Whether you are walking down the streets in your neighborhood or participating in seminars or holding space for your own training, you go there as the Originator and Spaceholder of your Trainer Path Regional.

You talk to Trainer Types, you scan for Trainer Types, you attract Trainer Types. You are continuous doorway for Trainer-types into the Trainer Path Regional.

Others have build Trainer Path Regional before you. They gather in the Infinity Ring of Trainer Path Spaceholders. They have struggled with their own hardships, liquid states and processes to Create their respective Regional Trainer Paths. They also learn to celebrated when each next step was taken. They are immensely valuable resources for you. What did they learn? What worked? What didn't work?

Experience has shown us that powerful gameworlds often start with 3 people. One person will be missing allies. Two people can easily end up in a Box-to-Box, Gremlin-to-Gremlin war. Two opinions wanting to be right. More than three people could also easily end up in context war, different purposes subtly or not-so-subtly each wanting to impose their chosen context.

Find your Team of Spaceholder. This might take longer than you think. Do not be blocked by not having a Team at first. Open your field for co-spaceholders to join your Team.

If after a few months, you are still the Lone Wolf you might consider going through emotional healing processes about being on a Team. A number of us have made old decisions about not trusting a Team, or not wanting to lead a Team ever again. In the emotional healing process, you get to make new decisions.

There are 5 different levels of responsibility that can be taken by a Trainer Path Gameworld. The only one that will be a space catalyst for Possibility Management Trainer is the Trainer Path context in Radical Responsibility.

Your Team is where are where you are understood, supported, and challenged. It where you speak and feel and connect about things that matter most to you. Your Team come together to co-create

remarkable new forms of wise, evolving kinship

with each other, and with the natural world.

Whether with your Team of spaceholders or with your Team of Trainer-types: meet.

It is during the weekly meetings that you will:

- deepen the context of the gameworld of your Trainer Path Regional

- weave yourself into each other in a Village

- go through emotional healing process with each other

- practice Possibilitator skills

- and much more

As pioneers for a new Trainer Path Regional, you are explorers. You are going first into unknown territories, very much like Christophe Colombus who went crossing the Atlantic not knowing what he would come across. The difference is that the territories of a new gameworld is not only physical, but multi-dimensional.

Other people will want to follow you path that you are making. They will need your maps. This is the importance of documenting and making available the maps of the territories that you are discovering as you are discovering them.

When you move to the next level of your gameworld, you will not remember the map for the level below unless you've documented it.

From your weekly meeting, your chosen context, your decisions, your commitment, the Codex for your Trainer Path Regional will take shape.

In the Trainer Path at zero-level responsibility, the Trainers meet in the psych-ward or in jail. They steal from each other and live in helplessness. The Trainers match onto characters such as the Joker.

In the Trainer Path at child-level responsibility, there are almost no distinctions.
Trainers make no boundaries wanting to be nice to each other, they have no Sword of Clarity. They gives their center to the 'authority figures', they search each other's approval creating neediness and holding on to low drama.

Trainers adapt to each others boxes or rebel against other boxes.

Trainers use unconscious feelings to blame, reproach, make wrong, being right, creating low drama in all variations. They hold on to resentment, and keeping making expectations.

Trainers are consumers and take what they need from the gameworld for their own benefit and survival and don't feed back into the space.

Trainers in this Trainer Path live in scarcity, competition. The Trainer Path is a buffet for Gremlin-feeding frenzy.
The Trainer Path at child-level responsibility is a slice of modern culture faking the creation of a new culture.

The Trainer Path at adult-level responsibility request that every Trainer is equal to another.

Trainers want to understand and to be understand. They give and receive possibilities from each other when it is asked for. They study maps and books.

Trainer rarely share their research with others. Each Trainer is focused on making a living from their work and make their own personal gameworld flourish for their own benefit (financial and others).

In the Adult Trainer Path, there are a number of distinctions. For example, Trainers are centered, grounded, bubbled. Trainers use their Sword of Clarity to distinguish the different Ego States and from which Ego States an offer comes from, to Yes and No, to make boundaries and distinctions. Trainers have clarity about their Gremlin, Box and Being; their Bright Principles and Shadow Principles and thrive to create Extraordinary Relationships.

Trainers go through their emotional healing processes when needed.

Trainer point out messes when they see them, they clean up their own messes but do not clean up messes that they didn't make.

The Adult Trainer Path is centered on Fairness and Equality.

In the Trainer Path at high-level responsibility, Trainers take more and more responsibility for applying distinctions, going through deeper, more elegant emotional healing processes, creating more Love, Collaboration, Possibility, Transformation and Clarity.

At high-level responsibility, victimhood is still considered possible, emotional reactivity can be valid depending on the circumstances.
Trainers stumble accidentally more and more often in archetypal spaces depending on the situation.

In the Trainer Path at radical-level responsibility, Trainers are each responsible for the level of responsibility that is being taken in the space.
Trainers commit to their colleague’s commitment to their Archetypal Lineage. This commitment is bigger than their commitment to their own Box and Gremlin survival patterns and to your own commitment to your own Box and Gremlin survival patterns. These are Archetypal gestures. This is Love in action.
Trainers are the space through which your Bright Principles do their work in the world. Therefore, they ask questions such as “which ‘I’ is speaking?“, “which purpose does this serve?”, “Is that a feeling or an emotion?”, “Is this a button, hook, trauma, trigger, voice or imbalance reactivity?” they notice contamination, identification or reactivity.

Trainers share their research, celebrate their successes and provide emotional healing processes to their colleague for no financial charge.

Trainers thrive together to consciously create Extraordinary and Archetypal spaces of Being Together, Transformation and Healing.
